  • Medical and treatment facilities
  • Community organizations
  • Self-referrals (anyone seeking help for themselves)

How It Works

1. Schedule a Screening
Call one of our ACCESS clinics to schedule an appointment with our receptionists.

2. Eligibility Screening
A screening will be conducted to determine if the individual qualifies for the program.

3. Comprehensive Assessment
If eligible, the individual will receive a detailed evaluation to create a personalized treatment plan.

4. Treatment Program Begins
Clients participate in:

  • Weekly group counseling sessions
  • Individual counseling sessions every other week

5. Program Completion & Follow-Up
The program lasts approximately three months. Upon completion, clients receive a certificate of successful completion, followed by a check-in 60-90 days later to ensure continued progress.
