How MCOT Works

Our trained crisis responders work alongside:

  • Law enforcement to ensure safety and proper crisis response.
  • Local agencies and social services to provide additional support.
  • Judges and legal systems for emergency interventions when necessary.
  • Hospitals and medical professionals for assessment and treatment.
  • Schools and educators to assist students in crisis.

When called, our team quickly evaluates the individual’s situation, determines the level of care needed, and provides ongoing follow-up support until the crisis is resolved.

What We Do

  • Emergency mental health assessments on-site or in the community.
  • Collaboration with family or friends to create a safety plan when hospitalization isn’t required.
  • Follow-up care to ensure ongoing stability and well-being.
  • Connections to community resources when additional support is needed beyond ACCESS services.
